One-Time Play Consultation

Playfulnest offers play consultations virtually or in-person in the LA-area. This is the perfect solution for DIYers who just need to be pointed in the right direction! Parents and/or caregivers will receive expert advice from a child development specialist on how to make playtime more beneficial. Following a review of the play spaces and a brief developmental screening of the children who will be using the spaces, on-the-spot suggestions will be made regarding:

• how to reduce toy clutter and improve quality of play by removing items that are not developmentally appropriate

• how to set up organizational systems

• how to get the most out of play items already owned

• which activities and toys should be added into their child's playtime in order to support development

Length of consultation: 2 hours of direct consultation + one follow-up email
